Our sisters who fall within this shade range tend to have very light, sometimes pale, skin tones that can be sensitive in the sun without proper protection. It is not uncommon to see freckles and other spots on this delicate skin type.

When describing a person we should use these terms instead of “black”, “white”, “brown”, etc. Then we could drop classifying people by race.

I’m in between peanut butter truffle and alluring amber skin tone. Like my neck, chest, breasts, inner arms, thighs and parts of my leg is more like peanut butter truffle, and the rest is alluring amber. Now since I’ve gotta tan, it’s like a shade or two darker. So I’m like in between # 3 and 4. This has been quite helpful.

We are all different shades of beautiful brown’s. Made from the dust Of the earth. From the deepest brown, reddest brown, caramel brown, vanilla brown & so on. Nothing pure black or pure white.
