How To Talk To A Black Girl You Like - Sisters, Share This With Men

4. Don’t Be Creepy

When approaching African American women dont be sleazyRelating to my earlier point about being genuine, on the opposite end of things you really don’t want to be creepy. I don’t know why some guys feel like approaching women with a sexual line is a good idea. To most women this is 100% creepy! You generally won’t get any black girls looking for a relationship using these lines.

For reference, some of the things which can appear creepy are:

  1. Chat up lines, especially when they are cheesy, sexist or clearly planned.
  2. Approaching women from a blindsided angle. We don’t want our first impression of you to be shock or horror. If a black girl jumps when they first see you this is not a good sign.
  3. Sexual jokes or one-liners. No, just no.

Please, approach any woman with respect and common sense. Don’t try to be that funny guy if it’s not natural, most likely it will appear creepy.

5. Avoid Certain Topics When Initially Talking To A Black Girl

Don't talk about a black woman's hair on the first dateUp till now, all of the above can apply when trying to talk to women of any race. This is because black women as mentioned in the first section are just like everyone else. That said, there are a few things you should avoid specifically when trying to talk to a black girl for the first time.

While I’ll go into this topic in much more detail in future, but for now know two of the things you should avoid include:

  • Mentioning her hair (if you aren’t super knowledgeable about black women’s hair). There are simply too many things you could potentially say wrong. So unless she brings it up and ask a question, do not comment on her hair.
  • Comparing her to Beyoncé. Chances are she doesn’t look like Beyoncé. Furthermore, chances are she’s heard that a hundred times already. Appreciate her for her and don’t compare her to any celebrities.

As mentioned I will go into a list of topics to avoid when talking to a black girl in the future. Make sure you are signed up to our newsletter to see when that article comes out.

6. Just Do It!

Talking to a black girl you like is easyAnd last but not least, just do it!

I can sit here all day and write about how to talk to a black girl you like, but none of it will matter if you don’t pluck up the courage and approach one. Forget all your fears, don’t look at them differently from anyone else.

If you are still finding it hard after bearing in mind and using the above points, perhaps think about looking up confidence related guides. That is of course unless you can approach other races but not black girls. In that case, reread the above guides a few times over multiple days until you’re comfortable with the fact that it’s not hard to approach a black woman… Then just go and talk to one!

  1. Hello My Name is Danny Thomas, Im a 16 year old Black male in high school, there is this black girl I have a crush on. I’m really nervous to talk to any kind of attractive female in general, but yet I still say to myself i’m going to ask her to be my girlfriend but I always get too nervous.

I have an EXTREME fear of rejection and I don’t know how to deal with it. And here’s where it gets a little confusing, she sometimes looks at me in class and that gets me really hopeful but when my friend told her this boy named Danny likes you she wanted to know who it was. When she found out I was Danny she smiled but told my friend she is about to go to class so that kind of hurt a little bit.

But now that she knows I like her, she sometimes looks at me in class. I’m VERY confused because she told my friend she is about to go to class when she saw I was Danny but she is looking at me in class I don’t know what to do. I want to talk to her but I feel like i’m just over thinking it whenever she looks at me.

Please tell me what to do and how to do it thank you very much.

    1. Hi Danny. The best way to tell if she likes you is by going up to her and talking to her. She probably did have class, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t want to talk to you.

If you go and ask her about something related to class or a comment on her (something nice of course) you’ll be able to get talking from there. Either she talks back and you can get to know each other, or she lets your know she’s not into you like that and you’ll be able to focus on other girls instead.

But as she keeps looking at you and smiling that’s a good sign. Good luck.

I want to tell her that I like her and that I want to have a relationship with her but I just don’t know how to. I’ve always had a bad time talking to girls because I’m not very good at it. Could you possibly help me or give me some tips? Thank you.

      2. I’m an 18 year old white male. There is a black female that I’ve kinda fallen in love with. She is 19 and she said she really likes me to. I’m in training in the army and so is she. We are in a circumstance were it’s hard for us to really be together, so she is starting to push away because she doesn’t want to hurt me. I’ve already figured out a plan but she isn’t listening to it because she doesn’t want to talk about it. Any ideas on how I can get her to listen to my idea?

  2. Hello, I’m an 19 year old Arabic guy living in Frankfurt Germany. I am really attracted to black girls but the problem is every time I look at them a wall is built between us that I am not capable of breaking down. What are the best techniques to just go to her? To just stand up and talk to her. What should I say when I’m next to her? Thank you.
